Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your booking date
Cancellations
Cancellations made 2 days or more before the session may be eligible for partial refund (excluding deposit)
Cancellations made less than 2 days before the session are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
One reschedule may be allowed if requested at least 2 days in advance
Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee
No-Shows
Failure to attend your scheduled session will result in forfeiture of all payments.
